Position Summary

R.S. Hanline & Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Department. This position is responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is running at its optimal performance level. Repairs will be made upon supervisor request, and preventative maintenance will be completed when scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities

- Check in with Maintenance Supervisor to receive work orders for the day at the beginning on each shift 
- Once jobs are assigned, check equipment and determine repair needed 
- Once the repair is complete, ensure proper disposal of used parts 
- Once repaired, test equipment to ensure that the repair is acceptable 
- Complete maintenance work log once repairs are complete; include time complete/work performed 
- ·Responsible for informing the Maintenance Supervisor when parts are low or need to be ordered 
- Responsible for keeping the maintenance cart clean, stock, and organized 
- Communicate any issues or updates on equipment or repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor
